Raw Material :

All our raw material including wetblue hides and chemicals are provided only by approved LWG medal rated suppliers.

Retanning :

Retanning is the key process to creat each leather type’s specific character , The base tannage waterproof , color and other features are created here accordingly to customers’ specifications. We use condensation system to generate hot water to reduce steam use for heating water.Our pump system send the recycled condensated water directly into the hot water tanks to supply production.saving 1/4 of our steam heating .

Drying:

After retanning all leather is dried through an energy-saving way such as tunnel drying, hang drying ,vaccum drying and toggle drying.

Finishing :

Leather finishing includes many processes that give the final characteristics to leather . we strickly follow our policy which reduce chemical waste and air pollution are used to enhance touch , color and other physical properties.

Our Products :

We produce leather in WP, WR & Gore version ,our main products include: Nubuck, milled articles, oily and wax types of finishing, foil articles, anilines and different types of Napa’s and Box leather etc .
